Graduation

The MITRA Master’s program is a multi-degree program offered by a consortium of 11 universities and coordinated by the University of Lille. As the coordinating institution, the University of Lille is the only university to award a diploma to all MITRA students. The diploma issued by the University of Lille is the only one that officially certifies your completion of the MITRA Master’s program.

However, you will also obtain the diplomas of the consortium universities where you study during your program. Obtaining these diplomas is subject to the payment of tuition fees at each university in your study pathway. Erasmus Mundus scholarship students are exempt from these fees, and to ensure fairness, the MITRA Master’s program covers the registration fees for self-funded students as well. In this way, no MITRA student pays tuition fees at the partner universities.

Depending on your mobility choices, you can therefore receive between 3 and 4 diplomas. Earning multiple diplomas is not an end in itself, but rather a validation of a specific and well-planned study path, structured according to the pedagogical and scientific specializations of the consortium universities.
